Fire Safe Cigarettes

In 2009, the South Dakota Legislature passed a law regarding cigarette fire safety standards.  The State Fire Marshal’s Office is charged with the enforcement of this statute.  Below you will find a link to the South Dakota Codified Law and the application form and instructions to register fire safe cigarette products with the state of South Dakota.
